Trained as a chef, Pennsy’s passion for culinary excellence led her into a deep and varied course of study with some of the finest gastronomic experts. She has studied extensively at Kings Cooking Studio and under Peter Berley (formerly of Angelica Kitchen in NY) and David Pasternack of NYC Esca Restaurant. Her personal commitment to a veggie-centric lifestyle has allowed her to explore culinary experiences at a variety of venues including the Natural Gourmet Cookery School, Suite Three O Six, Matteo’s, and the Food Network’s Food & Wine events designed around raw, vegan dining.
